Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and include all tags, accessories, and the provided return authorization slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
